Edgar Allen Poe-tato by Kathleen Weber
Edgar is a fiberglass potato-head produced by Hasbro Corporation for the Rhode Island Department of Tourism. The campaign involved many Rhode Island artists and over 30 potatoes were produced for display throughout the state. Each artist had to have their design approved through a rigorous selection process.
This popular statue has been spending the summer outside the Providence Convention Center.
